Delete Account and Data

You can start a deletion request from the app settings or by emailing support@rizur.app.

Use the subject line Delete my Rizur account and send the request from the email address linked to your account when possible.

• Account profile details such as name, email, profile photo, provider identifiers, and app account identifiers.
• Expense and income records, categories, vendor names, notes, and AI-extracted transaction data saved in your account.
• Stored receipt images, attachments, voice recordings, notification tokens, and connected email-sync data associated with the account.

Rizur may keep limited records for legal compliance, fraud prevention, security investigations, dispute handling, audit obligations, or short-term backup recovery. Those retained records are kept only as long as reasonably necessary.

If deletion is handled manually, expect processing within 30 days after identity verification and support review.
